Saturday, May 24th: from 17:00 at the winery Colonnara Cupramontana, FAITH & TINTO, the well-known conductors of the Decanter and testimonial of Verdicchio, present their book "Sommelier ... but not too much" and will join the audience for the disgorgement of spumante Brut Metodo Classico Riserva UBALDO ROSI 2008 premiere ... Moderator of the evening, the food and wine consultant and sommelier Giuseppe Cristini.
The presentation will take place in the aging cellar, between pupitre, barrels and bottles of Verdicchio older vintages.
