A wine associated with the sea through its name, the seaside origins of the lands where this Verdicchio is grown and through its exquisite union with fish cuisine. Its young character also makes it ideal for summer lunches.

Manual grape-picking, soft pressing and cleaning of the must. Fermentation at a controlled temperature.

An excellent appetiser, this wine is particularly appreciated during the summer when combined with seafood salads and other fish based starters and boiled shellfish with delicate sauces, sole cooked “alla mugnaia”, herb omelettes, asparagus with butter, tuna salads, hard-boiled eggs, legumes and other typical delicate, cold summertime dishes.
